Financial Manager for the European Division

Location: Lviv / Prague / Bratislava
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00

Join our team as a Financial Manager who will take ownership of the management accounting for our European division and help keep our finances under precise control — down to the last euro cent.

What you’ll do:

• Collect and analyze data from primary documentation

• Maintain internal reporting, calculate key metrics, monitor financial flows

• Communicate with outsourced accounting teams (making sure all documents are in the right place)

• Implement automation — less manual work, more meaningful impact

What we expect:

• Higher education in economics or finance

• Experience in management accounting and working independently on a direction or project

• Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas), basic knowledge of 1C

• High level of self-organization, responsibility, and attention to detail

• Strong analytical thinking, results-oriented mindset, and a desire to improve processes
